We had such a fun Thanksgiving! We had some of our friends over for the big feast! And let me tell you it was big - we had such great food and tons of yummy leftovers! We made the main food together but then everyone brought something to share; Candice brought homemade rolls and pies, Molly brought homemade pie, Raquel brought some cute turkey desserts and I made some fruit salad and jello, thanks everybody for contributing! Candice was the only one that had experience in cooking a turkey, for the rest of us it was our first time and what an interesting experience it was! Everyone came over around 10 am. The girls got busy preparing food while the boys watched football and studied (you'd think they would take a break but no, they are die hards!) In between we played some fun games and just talked. Raquel's birthday was in a week so we surprised her with pie and singing since her hubby will probably be studying. Thanks everyone for such a fun holiday especially since it was all our first one without our families - being together made it so much better!

Sherry it looks like you guys had fun on thanksgiving!
Love the pics-- especially the close-up shots of the food. I love Thanksgiving. We will for sure have to have a Christmas party- white elephant gifts and everything. I'm sure you'll want to perform Mariah's version of "Santa Baby" for everyone. I'll start looking for a costume.
Love the pictures - except the one of me being ugly. I can't believe you put that on there! What a fun day!
I love your blog wallpaper. Tis the season! I'm still scavenging around for something for mine.
It's is so fun that when you are away at school you make such good friends that become a family away from home1!! Plus you learn how to cook the important meals!!! Glad you had fun!!
Looks like you had a great time. It is nice to have such good friends! We had a good time with my mom and she did all of the cooking and clean-up. That woman is amazing.
Wow, I'm so proud of you Sherri! I have never touched a raw turkey, you guys are brave! Looks like you guys did a great job! Wish we were with ya! P.S. You guys coming for Christmas??? :)
