We are currently living in Ohio where Shayne is in an endo residency. Sherri is working as a RN in the PACU part-time but her favorite things is being a mom. We enjoy spending time exploring Columbus and the surrounding sites that are so close by, and of course playing with Jaxon and "our girls" (mini dachshunds) Belle and Zoey.
We attended our first Ohio State Football game - it was a blast. We sit in the student section with a bunch of other dental students and their wives, we can't wait to go to more - GO Buckeyes!
This is a view of the stadium it holds 102,329 people (to be exact) and there is never an empty seat. We love our Utes but I'm sorry guys this puts those games to shame. Between the Utes and the Buckeyes it looks like we will always bleed red!
Shayne loves this time of year - he eats, drinks and sleeps football (when he's not studying of course.) This is just another shot to show you how crowded the stadium is - it's actually quite overwhelming if you've never experienced it in person before.
The band at Ohio State is awesome. They do what they call script Ohio at the beginning of every game. They spell Ohio out in cursive while simultaneously marching and playing music and they don't miss a beat - it's quite amazing!
